H2Tab’s Hydrogen Bath Tablets are a new kind of recovery ritual—science-backed, skin-deep, and built to support recovery.

Each container consists of 60 magnesium-based tablets, which dissolve in water to release billions of nanobubbles of pure molecular hydrogen.

How should I use H2TAB Hydrogen Bath Tablets?
1. Fill your tub or basin with water. For full-body soaks, use a standard bathtub. For targeted recovery, a smaller basin works great.
2. Add 1 bath tablet for every 5 gallons of water (this is around 15-20 tablets for a standard tub).
3. Let the tablet(s) fully dissolve before submerging.
4. Soak for 15-20 minutes for optimal benefits.

* Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.

For best results, we recommend using warm water. Cold water will still generate hydrogen—the tablet may just take a bit longer to fully dissolve. We don’t recommend extremely hot water, as it can cause the hydrogen to dissipate more quickly, reducing its effectiveness.

Can I use them in cold water?
Yes, our bath tablets can be used in cold water or a cold plunge.

Just note: the tablets will take a bit longer to dissolve in cold water, but they’ll still generate a potent dose of molecular hydrogen.

Can I add other bath products?
Yes, you can add oils, salts, or other bath products. Just wait until the tablets have fully dissolved to ensure the hydrogen has had time to infuse into the water.

How do the tablets produce hydrogen?
We utilize what’s known as a magnesium-based hydrogen reaction. One of the key ingredients in our tablets is elemental magnesium, which reacts with water to generate molecular hydrogen gas (H₂).

As our tablets dissolve, they produce billions of nanobubbles filled with hydrogen gas. These tiny bubbles infuse into the water, creating a concentrated bath saturated with molecular hydrogen.

How often (and when) should I use them?
You can use them daily. Hydrogen baths are safe for everyday use and gentle on the skin—whether you’re using them for recovery, relaxation, or skin support.

When you use them is up to you. Some prefer them post-workout, others as part of their evening routine. If you're looking to unwind, we recommend to try them before bed—to help promote deep relaxation and ease into rest.

How many tablets should I use per bath?
Our bath tablets are designed to be easily scaled. So you can use them for full-body soaks or more targeted recovery. We recommend 1 tablet for every 5 gallons of water. For a standard tub you’ll need about 15–20 tablets for a full body bath.
